Thatcher's Moving into 2025

Now that we've celebrated and said goodbye to 2024, Thatcher is moving full speed into the new year. That means we are realigning with our values: sustainable practices, elevated designs, and embracing the fun and unexpected ideas our team has always thrived in.

In 2025 we want more joy, absurdity, and experiments - you know, the weird stuff that makes you laugh and say "why not?!". Thatcher has always been a place for finding a way outside the box, and the people behind the scenes - designing your wallpaper, answering your emails and shipping out samples - are no different. So let's cheers to not taking ourselves too seriously!

Moving day, 2024

We grew up in that weird, 70's office building with the bright yellow door, and have made some great memories over the last decade there. But moving into a new studio space in the new year is like a blank canvas, fresh with possibilities. Lots of creative businesses surrounding us to be inspired by, historic wood beams and floors, and a classic Portland setting. We can't wait for future open studio parties!

ARCHIVAL PATTERN COLLECTION

In the theme of out with the old, in with the new: we would like to introduce our Archival Collection. While we will continue to stock our most popular designs and colorways as ready to ship, we are clearing some mental space (and storage room) by archiving a few of our earliest designs.
