Lead Times For Samples

Sample tile orders will ship within one week of order via FedEx Ground Service. If your sample request is time sensitive, and you need them shipped via express service, please email us at sales@thatcherstudio.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Lead Times For Tile Orders

US Tile Orders will ship via FOB from Laredo, Texas. Lead times range from 4-8 weeks, depending on style and quantity of order.

If you have questions about the possible lead time of your tile, please email us at sales@thatcherstudio.com and we will provide you with an up-to-date lead time. If your project is time sensitive, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

International Tile Orders will ship via Ocean Freight. Shipping times on international orders will vary, please email us at sales@thatcherstudio.com for more information on your project. To ensure that your order is not held up in customs, please provide an accurate address and phone number at checkout. The phone number is very important, since customs will attempt to call and collect payment when customs duties are owed, prior to releasing the wallpaper.

    
Rush Services

If you have a time sensitive project, we can often offer rush services for a fee. If you are interested in rush services, please let us know and we will let you know asap if we can accommodate your rush order.
