How can I find out if a wallpaper is in stock? Inquire via form at the bottom of the page. Please include the quantity, design and colorway you are interested in.

 

Lead Times For Samples

Sample orders will ship within one week of order via USPS Ground Service or FedEx 2-day, depending on which service is chosen at checkout. If your sample request is time sensitive, and you need them asap or overnight, please email us at sales@thatcherstudio.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Lead Times For Wallpaper Rolls

US Wallpaper Orders will ship via FedEx Ground or FedEx 2-day ( depending on which service is chosen at checkout) within one week of purchase if the product is in stock. If the product is not currently in stock, the wallpaper can have up to a 10-12 week lead time.

If you have questions about the possible lead time of your wallpaper, please email us at sales@thatcherstudio.com and we will provide you with an up-to-date lead time. If your project is time sensitive, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

International Wallpaper Orders

International orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and you will be responsible for paying all additional charges for customs clearance. Please also note that an accurate phone number on your payment and shipping information will ensure that your order is less likely to be held up in customs. We cannot mark merchandise shipped overseas as a gift or otherwise lie about the product’s value to skirt or reduce customs fees.
